Refund policy
Because our prints and frames are all custom-made made we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order. Print samples are available for purchase to help with making your choices.
If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group (our supplier) will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.
Please forward all Returns Claims to: kaitlyn@leftbankartgroup.com.au and clearly state Ugli Art print, order number, client name, and remember to attach your photos.
